- Cancellation Policy – Sessions can be rescheduled without penalty if the change is requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Sessions that are rescheduled or cancelled less than 48 hours in advance are subject to a $50.00 administrative fee.
- Priority Pricing- Incur priority pricing within 72 hours of the project date. This charge is 10% of the package total.
- Packages are to be PAID IN FULL at the time of purchase.
- All sessions include FREE delivery of donated items to the local charity of your choice.
- Neat NC will shop for all of your organizing materials. Rates will depend on the size of the project.
- Reimbursement of any materials purchased on your behalf by Neat NC is due upon delivery.
- Clients may purchase their own organizing products.
- Clients should have a budget in mind before our initial consultation.
- Package rates are based on contact hours. For example, two organizers working 5 hours is billed as 10 hours.
